When you listened to the whisper of your soul, when you connected with your divine self from the exercise from the last post – what images do you see? What nudges did you get? What answer did you get in response to your life question? What synchronicities did you experience? Whom did you meet and what information did they have for you? What book or information found its way to you?

Many times we ask our higher selves for guidance and then don’t follow it. The guidance we receive may be outside our comfort zone. For example, you may see an image of yourself speaking in front of people – and then you say No WAY! Some people fear public speaking more than death! Maybe you are one of them. But what if public speaking could fast track your business success? You could follow your intuition and experience this – or you could make a decision based on fear (instead of love or truth) and not try public speaking. And you may not experience business success for several more years yet. There’s more than one path to the top of the mountain – and your intuition knows the shortcut!

Acting on intuitive impulses, inspirations, and dreams to follow your highest path and purpose – to express your divine self – will always lead to success and fulfillment!

PS: Expressing your divine self in an income-producing manner is seldomly aligned with a J-O-B. My most recent case in point: a client was doing work he really liked for an enormous corporation. Then he got laid-off, but could bump someone of lesser seniority. The management kept him on awhile longer in this job that he liked, trying to get him back in. In the mean time, the executives slotted someone else into the job that he was laid off from stating that since he was laid off they couldn’t give it back to him. Go figure. The management then decided to give him a job he hates with less pay. But at least he has a J-O-B right?

You tell me – is this man following his life purpose? Is he living in Truth or Fear? We discussed that yes, he has a family to support and that comes first. But does he want to stay in the job that sucks until he can retire? Would it not be better for everyone if he were to express his soul purpose? To bring his gifts to the world? Everyone has their own unique gifts that must be brought into the world. Yes, you, too! Learn how to create a successful and fulfilling Purposeful Biz and bring your gifts to the world!

Your soul incarnates here with the intention of learning through life lessons and evolving through following the path of your life purpose. In your journey through life, your higher self (your soul, your divine self) guides you with the wisdom, love and patience through your intuition.

In business and in life, it is so important to trust your intuition. People and media try to influence us all the time on what to eat, wear, what to do for a living, how to make money and what to think. We have information (and advertising) overload. Now, you do a good job navigating this chaos, but overwhelm often results. And before the overwhelm hits, it’s best to already be using your intuition to navigate. Your intuition is your most trustworthy source of information – it is subtle so that it will not interfere with free will, it won’t lie to you, ask us to act in opposition to our values, and it can cut straight through the crap. No one else knows better than you how to live your life than your divine self.

Your divine self knows where you are going and understands where you are coming from. This inner wisdom is not a product of experience but rather a piece of your connection to the universal mind.

You tap into your intuition easily when you are connected to your divine self. So, how do you know if you are connected? You will experience one or more of the following:

• You feel a deep sense of joy, contentment, bliss or love.
• You see beauty in your surroundings. Elements in your environment may seem to be more luminous or brightly coloured, and have more presence.
• You feel a connection to the elements in your environment. Like you are one with the entire Universe, or simply the tree you are leaning against.
• You feel lighter and more uplifted.

There are many ways to access your intuition through connection to your divine self, and I am going to share one way with you.

Think of a question that you need an answer to and keep it foremost in your mind throughout your day. This can be a personal question or a business question. One question to get you started with is: What is my next step in fulfilling my life’s purpose?

When you have a couple of minutes to get quiet do so – preferably in a place where you will not be disturbed and where you feel an aesthetic connection (a beautiful park or other place in nature, a serene spot in your home, etc).

Spend some time looking for – and finding – the beauty in your surroundings. Connect with it. Appreciate it. This will lead to a raising of your vibration level.

When you feel that bliss, connection, beauty and lightness of being, bring your question to mind.

Set an intention that you be led through intuition and synchronicity.

Let go of attachment to outcomes.

Stay still and quiet for a few more moments in this state of raised vibration and see what presents itself. Were you daydreaming? What about? Does it relate literally or symbolically to your question? If you are outside in nature, did any animals appear to you? What did they do? How does this relate to your question?

Have fun with this!

We are all familiar with the idea that we are spiritual beings having human experiences. Integrating this concept into our lives and businesses can expand our sense of who we are, the power we have and the ability to appreciate ourselves, our families, our clients and others as adventurers in conscious evolution.

We all have our individual paths to follow. And it takes courage, openness and compassion not only to follow our own paths, but to assist our fellow adventurers on theirs. When we operate from a place of remembering that we truly are spiritual beings, we tap into the wisdom of our higher selves. It will also give you the patience and belief in yourself when you become overwhelmed or frustrated, and the courage to face your greatest challenges and listen to your intuitive guidance – no matter how far out of your comfort zone it may take you.

The more you are connected to your divine self and remember who you really are, the easier life will flow, the more on-purpose you will be, and the more prosperous and successful in life and business you will become.

People receive intuitive information in different ways. The greatest number of people tend to be claircognizant, that is, have “inner knowing”. And the greatest trouble claircognizant people have is telling the difference between their true intuitive voice, and the voice of fear or ego.

Your intuitive voice tends to be centered in the body – in the region of your heart and/or gut. And your entire body acts as an energy signal receiver. So, knowing that, we can generally trust our feelings to be an indicator of our intuition.

If you are in a situation where you are trying to make a decision about, say, as an example, starting your own business, but you are fearful of a number of things, such as whether you *should*, whether it will be successful, whether people will disagree with what you are doing, etc., try the following exercise:

Visualize yourself in the situation you are considering, in this case your ideal business. What is your life and business like on this path? How does it make you feel?

Visualize yourself in your current life as it is. What is your life and business like on this path? How does it make you feel?

Visualize the two paths stretching out before you. Which path holds more light? Which path feels more radiant?

If your decision is a major one (like starting your own business (vs. what to make for dinner)), go one step further – to the end of your life. Imagine each scenario again from the point of reviewing how you feel about it at the end of your life. Which path or decision feels right? Any regrets?

What were your reactions to the two scenarios? Did you feel: Happy? Excited? Motivated? Free? Powerful? Or Fearful? Uncomfortable? Stuck? Uninspired? Sad?

Which path is the right one for you? I think you already know the answer – the body doesn’t lie! The answer is in how you FEEL and your first impressions. If you’re feeling excited, inspired and energized, and you will probably feel a little bit of fear or discomfort (especially on the HOW you will pull it off), then that is the path for you!

The path that makes you feel numb, bored, blah, or otherwise lifeless is NOT the path to follow, even if it is a path that is comfortable, familiar or less scary (the devil you know vs. the devil you don’t). Your true path is the one that makes you feel energized and excited!

A note of caution: sometimes when we are really enthused about something we can tend to be a bit more uninhibited, especially financially. Don’t throw caution to the wind!

1)       Always remember to trust your intuition.

2)       When starting a new business it’s best not to quit your day job before it is up and running, unless you have an independent source of income.

3)       And, my best advice is to make sure that before you start, all the barriers to your success are removed, and that you and your business are in alignment.

One of the most common questions I get asked is, “What are the Akashic Records?”

One of the best descriptions I have found is from the preface of Ervin Laszlo’s book, “Science and the Akashic Field: An Integral Theory of Everything“. It states, “Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “ether”: all-pervasive space. Originally signifying “radiation” or “brilliance,” in Indian philosophy Akasha was considered the first and most fundamental of the five elements – the others being vata (air), agni (fire), ap (water), and prithivi (earth). Akasha embraces the properties of all five elements: it is the womb from which everything we perceive with our senses has emerged and into which everything will ultimately re-descend. The Akashic Record (also called The Akashic Chronicle) is the enduring record of all that happens, and has ever happened, in space and time.” In other words Akasha is the equivalent of Spirit. Laszlo’s theory is that the Universe is not simply a Universe of energy, but one of information and consciousness. He goes on to provide countless examples to illustrate his theory and how it may be the grand-unifying theory that physicists have been searching for.

Quantum physics aside, on a more practical level we can think of the Akashic Records as a kind of library or database. All forms of energetic flux are recorded, and as thought as well as emotion and action are forms of energy, these, too, are recorded. You have a personal energy field that interacts with the energy of the environment around you. This energy field, your aura, is a data-logger of sorts. It records every thought, emotion, action and energetic pulse that you have throughout this lifetime – and it connects with the universal database.

Your soul has a record of multiple lifetimes (chronologically separate or parallel – it does not matter), and everything that has happened within them. These records are what I access to obtain the information you need for your Akashic Records Consultation.

Often this is when the moment of panic sets in! “What?!? You can read my every thought, word and deed for any and every lifetime?! What if there’s something really PRIVATE in there – that I don’t want you or anyone else to know about?!” Okay, slow down! Remember to breathe! The Akashic Records, like any good library or well-maintained database, has security. Your Higher Self and Guides, along with the Akashic Records Guides, show me only what I need to see to help you at this point in your life. No other information is given to me. I can’t just see anything I want to just because I want to – for whatever reason. Only you have complete access to your Akashic Records – and even then your Higher Self, Guides and the Akashic Records Guides may not allow you to see everything. It may not be aligned with your highest path and purpose for this lifetime.

In addition to personal records (for which permission is given), one who attuned to the Akashic Records may have access to other more generic records. Since everything in the Universe in comprised of Akasha it therefore has at some level an energy field and its associated consciousness – and also a Record. This applies to anything in space and/or time, so you can read the records for things like personal effects and properties, or historical, current and potential future events.

Material things can have a history that is entangled with the owner and these energies can be read. An example would be the practice of psychometry, where an intuitive person can hold something like the watch of another and obtain information. The same is true of properties. Depending on the owner(s) material objects can take on a lot of negative energy. This can continue to permeate it. You pick up on this when you walk into a beautiful house that you “should” like but you leave because it doesn’t “feel right”. 

Personal Akashic Records can be cleared of negative influences – those energetic things that are of no value and are often detrimental to you. This requires a specific type of “security clearance” – you don’t want just anybody to start erasing things in your Akashic Record! And this comprises a great deal of how I can help “clear the way” for you to become unstuck and create the experiences you want in your life without hindrance.
