Once you know who you are – your life/soul purpose and life lessons – then you are ready to express your purpose. You can express your purpose in every facet of your life! Not just in your career, but for many people this is the cornerstone of expressing your purpose. Your career – your calling – becomes, then, a holistic, integrated part of your life. Life and work no longer need to be balanced – work and life are one, and just become “life”.
Life, as a expression of purpose, is one of joy and fulfillment!
In learning to express your purpose, coaching is the tool of choice. The first part, which was included in the life purpose discovery process, is to find out what I call your motivational drivers – how you love to express who you are. This is the foundation for finding and/or developing your soul-fulfilling career.
In my coaching programs, I use a unique top-down/bottom-up approach that is basically unheard of in the coaching world! Top-down refers to my collaboration with your spirit guides for their input and information. I am tuned in to your spirit guides during our sessions as well as using their guidance for planning for the subsequent sessions. And bottom-up refers to traditional coaching methods. The “sweet spot” in the middle is the results – easier, quicker and more relevant.
How the coaching works:
We will have 3 one hour sessions per month, with email support between sessions.
When you first apply, I require the same information as for a consultation session. I will consult your Akashic records for information that will guide us on our coaching journey. After which I will email you to set up an appointment for a query session.
Our first session will be a query session. It will be an hour long and we will talk about the process of coaching and our expectations for each other throughout our coaching relationship. We need to be a good match for each other in order to have an effective relationship. For starters, I expect that you will be committed to and respectful of me and the process, be willing to do the work required, be timely, be positive and be open. I am committed to being uplifting and supportive in alignment with your highest path and purpose, to holding the space for you to expand into your enormous potential, to being ethical and respectful of you and your privacy, to being timely, positive and open. I am also committed to being an excellent coach and to taking guidance from your spirit guides.
We will talk about what challenges you are facing right now and what you want to create in your life. If you have multiple challenges that you would like to work on, then we will determine which of these areas you would like to start with. And then we can go over any questions you may have and get started on the first challenge.
After the query session we will jump right in to eliminating those limiting beliefs in the areas you choose. We can continue to work together for as long as you like – until the limiting beliefs have been eliminated, and even beyond as you step into your creative power and start creating what you want in life.
The expression of appreciation for coaching is $300 CAD per month, paid in advance.
The query session is $45 CAD. If you have paid for the entire month up front, this fee will be waived, and you will have this session in addition to the 3 normal coaching sessions (use the button above).
